Reportedly, Jolly LLB got off to a great start, as the producers Fox Star Studios have already recovered the cost of production and promotion through the sale of satellite, music and digital rights.
This means that the Akshay and Huma Qureshi-starrer will make profits from the opening day itself.
Jolly LLB 2 is the sequel to Arshad Warsi-starrer Jolly LLB, which became a surprise hit at the box office. Akshay Kumar's portrayal of advocate Jagdishwar Mishra aka Jolly is already receiving applause. The courtroom drama features Annu Kapoor as Jolly's professional rival, advocate Mathur, and Saurabh Shukla as Justice Sunderlal Tripathi.
